A: Simple. Check www.kbb.com and www.nadaguides.com. However, don't expect to get your money back on the mods you have made. And don't expect that it will make the vehicle easier to sell -- many potential buyers will not be interested in the mods, and won't want to pay extra for them. Unless you can find just the right buyer, the mods will actually make the vehicle harder to sell. Don't make a big deal of the mods when you advertise the vehicle for sale -- mention them but don't make them a big deal.

Q: What Sport Utility Vehicle to get? Opinions and Reviews Please...?
Alright, here's the deal. I am thinking of buying an S.U.V. I have around 12,000 to 14,000. I want something that has 3 row seating (or can convert into 3 row seating) Im going to daily drive it *not far, my work is less than 5 miles away*. Im going to mainly use it for towing stuff like Jet skis and my race car to competitions. I would really prefer something over the year 98. I have been looking at the 1999-2004 Chevrolet Tahoes and Lincoln Navigators. I want some opinions and personal reviews from people here on Yahoo. I am open to any other sugestions as far as S.U.V.'s, goes. I want to hear eveyone's 2 cents on SUV's before I spend the dough. If you want to recomend another type of sport utility vehicle go ahead! By the way, i have done research. But im telling you that I want to hear from real people that use their Sport Utility Vehicles out in the real world. I have checked Edmunds, Cars.com, Autotrader.........but want I want is opinions from REAL people here on Yahoo. I know more or less the pricing and specs. But I want to hear from real people I want to know what you would get if you were in my shoes and why.

A: Tahoe is not a bad choice i would forget the Navigator as they are very expensive to maintain and fix and the air suspension is somewhat troublesome, the Ford Expedition is a solid choice the 4.6L V8 in the Expedition is less troublesome than the 5.3L, you may also consider the Chevy Suburban as its 3 row seating is a bit more comfortable than the Tahoe or Expedition and it can carry more equipment. Whatever you choose take it to the dealer to make sure all recalls have been completed as there were a few over the years for any of these vehicles.
