We're looking to buy a SUV (for our camping trips, once the baby comes along) and were wondering if we should trust Kia :P

A: No Kia's. They are crap!....Go w/ Honda, Toyota, Acura. They R the best.

Every car has lemons and such, kia actually massed produced them and kept recalling parts. They also forced people in court with lemon laws fighting them every inch.
Kia isn't made very well. I own one, and I wish I didn't.
This website is a compilation of stories I happened upon while trying to figure out what is the matter with my car. They are cheaply made.
Please save yourself trouble, and I hope this helps. Some of the massed produced problems besides the brakes were the car shutting off at 65mph and going off the road.
Q: How is the Kia Sorento?
A: Consumer Reports rated the 2004 Sorrento as a good buy, but not the 2005, which was much worse than average. The 2006 and 2007 versions were not recommended as very good buys. I'd suggest finding something else, unless you can get your hands on a 2004 Sorrento that's been well looked after.

A: I would go with the Santa Fe, its better looking and Hyundai has a better reputation then Kia. Hyundai ranks highly for reliability and quality by JD Power and Consumer Reports. I rented a Sorento and it was okay, but there was a door defect and the blasted door open alarm went off the entire time. I'm sure a new Sorento from the dealer would be nice though, but I just prefer and trust Hyundai more. I own a 2006 Azera and love it.

A: Of course it is a hoax. Never listen to e-mails that are too good to be true. If it was that good, they would have probably called you or came to your home.

It's garbage. It's built by a Korean company that is neighbors/allies with a country that has continued to build and test long range missles in an attempt to assure themselves that if needed/wanted they could attack the US.

A: i own a repair shop,and i always have stuff like that for sale,i run mine in the local auto trader in the parts part of it,i never have any problems selling anything in there,and the good thing about it will be most of the buyers will be from somewhere close to you,but id try running an add in there ,they should sell really fast in there,good luck with selling them.
