.?i have checked the fuel pump,replaced main relay,replaced main fuse.tested all coils.
A: see if the maf sensor is dirty, if it is clean it, i have a rx-8 that was doing that and i just had to clean the maf sensor and it worked

A: Depends too much on the year and condition to give you an adequate answer. I'd suggest you have whatever car you are thinking seriously about looked at by a competent mechanic before you commit to it. A few $$ now can save a lot of $$$$$$ later.

A: * Series 8 (January 1999– August 2002) was the final series, and was only available in the Japanese market. More efficient turbochargers were installed, while improved intercooling and radiator cooling was made possible by a revised frontal area. The seats, steering wheel, and front and rear lights were all changed. The rear wing was modified and gained adjustability. The top-of-the-line "Type RS" came equipped with a Bilstein suspension and 17" wheels as standard equipment, and reduced weight to 1280 kg. Power was officially claimed as 280 ps (276 hp, 208 kW) (with 330 N·m (243 ft·lbf) of torque) as per the maximum Japanese limit, though realistic power was more likely 220–230 kW (290–308 hp). The Type RZ version included all the features of the Type RS, but at a lighter weight (at 1270 kg). It also featured custom gun-metal colored BBS wheels and a custom red racing themed interior. Further upgrades included a new 16-bit ECU and ABS system upgrades. The improved ABS system worked by braking differently on each wheel, allowing the car better turning during braking. The effective result made for safer driving for the average buyer. Easily the most collectible of all the RX-7s was the last 1,500 run-out specials. Dubbed the "Spirit R", they combined all the "extra" features Mazda had used on previous limited-run specials and all sold within days of being announced. They still command amazing prices on the Japanese used car scene years later.
- There are three kinds of "Spirit R": the "Type A", "Type B", and "Type C". The "Type A", which accounts for 500 of the 1,500 "Spirit" models produced, has a 5-speed manual transmission, and is said to have the best performance of the three models. The "Type B" has a 2+2 seat configuration and also sports a 5-speed manual transmission, 500 of which were also made. "The Spirit C" is also a 2+2, but has a 3-speed automatic transmission and 500 were made.

Q: I Need to know how to Replace the fuel injectors on a Mazda 88 RX7?
It wont start after it has warmed up to running temp. I think I have narrowed it down to the injectors and everything is so compact in these cars that its really hard to locate them. If anyone has any other techniques they would like to share I'm open to anything at this point.

Is thisa non-turbo? If so the injector you need is a orange top 195500-1350. They sell them for around 35.00 each reconditioned w/ a 1 year warrenty. Check them out!

Iam sure someone will have an answer but tobe honest its a wide questions as different models where made and
differences fore some countries.
So which models really as there is the different rx7 and different Skyline R32 models gts gts-t GTR single cam twin cam single and twin turbo versions.
Speed wise they should be the same really as the GTR version.But really its hard to tell as book wise its close to the GTS-T version also.
This comes down to the agreement in Japan as the cars are restricted then they shouldnt be allowed to produce over 300bhp.So on the books many many Japanese sports cars look slow.they they often left the factory with a lot more bhp then they should have.And as they shipped cars worldwide and wanted to keep the hardcore fans happy they made the engines tuneable to its real limits.
I cant answer for the rx7 but iam sure the skyline and the rx7 run around the same i always get around 17-20 mpg urban if that helps.
Price wise depends where you are and what mods you have to do for your state as some want more than others the links are ones for sale or who sells them..

Q: Could a toyota beams 3s-ge fit in a mazda rx7 fd3s?
my dad and are are plannin to do a conversion for fun and we are wondering if a toyota beams would fit. if it doesn't fit can you give me some other 4 cylinder options plz.

A: With enough money you can make anything happen. Putting an engine from 1 manufacturer into a car from another manufacturer is going to be difficult, expensive, and time consuming.
If you really want to do an engine swap find something common like a Ford 302 or Chevy 350. Both have kits to swap them into just about everything which would make it easier and cheaper but still a big job.

A: maybe it needs a patch..
i did smoke a lot but after a couple of months on the patch i quit...the car might be grouchy the first month
